note that the hague is located exactly 476 km from Paris (the same distance as Lyon-Paris) and is very well served by train.
Emmanuel Volant was born in 1983 in Lyon (France)
After graduating from a theater school, he worked for ten years as an actor, puppeteer and director with various theater compagnies.
He then turned to illustring and writing children's books. He realised several books which were published by various French publishers.
Self-taught, he is a perfectionist, generous and precise artist. He works with watercolors and likes to mix different influences to develop his atypical, colorful, soft and poetic style.
